Rick and I wanted to take a moment and say thanks for a job well done during our recent Remodeling Sale event.

The event was well planned and professional. We had our concerns as to whether you would be able to create the volume of business you quoted. Upon the final tally, not only were the numbers in excess of projections, but the margins were up and the advertising expense lower than expected.

Finally, your associate, Jeff Clark, was nothing short of excellent from day 1 until the final day. He was completely prepared when he arrived, and coordinated every aspect of the sale from advertising to sales training. Jeff was an absolute pleasure to work with and we will miss his daily motivation and sales progress meetings. He is a great asset to your company.

Phil Gutsell - Outstanding

I thank you all for the many calls and notes I received since the completion of our two day seminar with Phil. You will all agree that you participated in a full semester of work in a short 8-hour day. Tanya Lopez summed it up when she said it was the finest training she had received the the 16 years she has been with the company.

I will share with you some of the stores I heard and the observations I have made in the last few days. Remember that these new techniques will not come easy - you will need to practice over and over until they become second nature. Old habits are sometimes hard to replace. Each day the words will come easier.
